At Willys Wallets, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our leather goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused wallet in its original premium packaging, ensuring all tags and authenticity cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
